1. About Netis

Netis is an online marketplace for listing and discovering cars and real estate in Estonia. By using Netis, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Netis
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure
• One account per person — duplicate accounts may be removed

3. Listings

• You may only post items you own or have the right to sell
• All listing information must be accurate and not misleading
• Prohibited: stolen goods, illegal items, spam, fake listings
• We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion
• Mark your listing as sold once the item is no longer available

4. Transactions

Netis is a listing platform only. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. All deals are made directly between users. Netis takes no responsibility for the outcome of any transaction.

5. Content

• You retain ownership of photos and descriptions you post
• By posting, you grant Netis a licence to display your content on the platform
• Do not post content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on others' rights

6. Liability

Netis is provided as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the outcome of any sale. To the extent permitted by law, Netis is not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
