Netis is a marketplace platform for buying and selling cars and real estate, operated from Estonia. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Data we collect
- Account data: username and email address when you register
- Listing data: photos, descriptions, prices and other details you submit
- Messages: content of in-app conversations between users
- Usage data: likes, saves, follows — to personalise your experience
3. How we use your data
- To provide and operate the Netis service
- To enable communication between buyers and sellers
- To send account-related emails (login links, notifications)
- We do not sell your data to third parties
4. Data storage
Your data is stored on servers in the EU. Images are stored on Amazon S3 (eu-north-1, Stockholm region). We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to or restrict processing

6. Cookies
